INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY
You hire professional trades people to build or renovate your home because you trust they have the experience and knowledge to do the job properly. They have tickets and certifications for their respective trades, and they are most effective performing those tasks. Not cleaning!
Bringing in a professional cleaner once your project is completed will allow the crew to focus on the tasks that utilize their trade skillset most effectively. This not only leads to an increase in productivity, but a more favourable timeline for project completion.
Before starting the project, be sure to communicate to your contractors that you plan on bringing in a professional cleaner afterwards.
